LifeLine Malta is an unplanned pregnancy support service.
The main SUPPORT services provided by LifeLine Malta are:
- a 24 hour chat line via www.lifelinemalta.eu
- a local help line 2033 0023 for immediate access to local help via a team of skilled listeners
- an email service for queries and help on lifeline@lifenetwork.eu and
- one to one professional counselling.
Our mission is to provide a warm, compassionate and practical interface to help empower people make life-affirming choices. We address unplanned pregnancies, negative pre-natal diagnosis and more. We also provide confidential post abortion healing.
An Unplanned Pregnancy
If a girl/ woman is pregnant and is confused, worried or needs support, our skilled listeners and professional counsellors can walk through various options with her and/or her family. Easy access to accurate and helpful information in a compassionate environment can make all the difference.
Negative pre-natal diagnosis
Pre-natal medical complications today are increasingly being detected early in pregnancy and may be equally devastating to face. LifeLine Malta offers support to mothers in these difficult situations, and we accompany the mother throughout the pregnancy, as well as after the birth, as the case requires.
Post abortion healing
Abortion leaves victims and most often problems surface long after the procedure is over. Women and men involved often suffer in silence. LifeLine Malta offers Save One Courses, providing post abortion healing.
Maternity Home
LifeLine Malta has established a maternity home to offer accommodation to mothers who find themselves needing a new home during and/or after pregnancy. This residential programme runs for an approximate period of one year.
